To send your device to us, you have two options:

Send your device to us using your preferred service provider. Please ensure you purchase adequate cover against any potential loss or damage during transit.
Print a pre-paid label*
We offer a pre-paid postage label which you can print at home or at your local post office. Once you have completed the checkout process you can go to the Royal Mail portal and follow the instructions to receive your label. Please note that your parcel will be covered up to a maximum of £150, so if your device is worth more, we recommend using a service with adequate insurance cover.
