Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend that you backup your device before sending it to us. This ensures the repair process is as smooth and efficient as possible. We also need to ensure your data is protected.

Most repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours. On some occasions, it may take longer if we need to order parts; however, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

We use only genuine parts for all our Samsung Galaxy repairs as standard. However, we offer some high-quality non-genuine part repair options, providing you with a cost-effective option without compromising on quality.

Sending your device to us for a repair is simple but first, you need to create an account. Then you have two options:
  1. Arrange your own postage.
You can send your device to us by using your preferred courier. Please make sure you purchase adequate cover against any loss or damage.
  2. Print a label
We offer a pre-paid postage label which you can print yourself at home or you can print your label at the local post office. Once you have completed the checkout process, you can go to the Royal Mail portal and follow the instructions to get your label.
*Please note that your parcel will be covered up to a maximum of £150; if your device is worth more, we recommend using a service with adequate insurance cover.

Package your device!

We advise you to put your device in the original box (if you have it) or a similar size box. If the box is bigger than the device, then please put some padding around to minimise the movement of the device during transit. Once the device is securely inside a box, then put this inside a padded envelope and send it directly to us via a Royal Mail tracked delivery or a similar service.

Our technicians may ask for the PIN or ID to ensure your device is working exactly as it should. Each repair undergoes a series of tests that includes touch sensitivity and camera quality, so we may need to access your device via PIN or passcode.

All our repairs come with up to a warranty of up to 12-months for your peace of mind. If the same fault occurs again within the warranty, then we’ll repair it for free.

Damaged screen or back glass: While a cracked screen or back glass may not seem like an immediate problem, it can be dangerous to use and allow moisture to enter your device which in the long run can kill your device completely.
Battery Issues: A slow-charging battery or a quickly draining battery could be a sign that it needs replacing. Batteries don’t last forever and depending on how you use and charge your device battery life can vary. Did you know that the accepted life span of a lithium-ion battery is only around 2-3 years?
Overheating: If your phone gets too hot to touch or is overheating during regular use, it could be a sign of a hardware, software, or battery problem.
Connectivity issues: If your phone has trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cellular networks, it may not just be down to the signal. We all drop our device occasionally, but the impact can cause internal issues.

If your phone is not turning on, there could be several reasons. Usually, it’s down to a faulty battery, faulty charging port or the failure of other internal components. If your phone, tablet, smartwatch, or earbuds are no longer turning on, we can diagnose the issue and send you a repair quote.
